委员会可在出席人数达到法定人数的情况下通过视频会议召开会议，并允许公众根据《澳门银河真人在线赌场》通过视频会议和电话参与会议. 尽管委员会的法定人数将在会议通知中公布的地点亲自出席, 我们强烈鼓励所有公众成员以虚拟方式观察会议并参与公众评论, if desired, 通过虚拟会议链接或每个会议通知上列出的电话号码.

希望在管理委员会会议或执行委员会会议的公共沟通期间以虚拟方式发表意见的公众成员必须向澳门真人赌场官方网站登记 不迟于下午两点半.m. 2024年1月24日. 注册可通过以下三种方式之一完成:

• 打电话给512-978-9190. Please leave a voice message with your full name and your request to comment via telephone at the meeting; with the name of the meeting at which you wish to speak; or

¹ This meeting may include one member of the Executive Committee participating by videoconference. It is the intent of the presiding officer to be physically present and preside over the meeting at 澳门真人赌场官方网站行政办事处, 1111 E. Cesar Chavez St., Austin, TX 78702, Board Room. This meeting location will be open to the public during the open portions of the meeting, and any member participating by videoconference shall be both visible and audible to the public whenever the member is speaking.
